Vincent Bernard

Vincent Bernard is a distinguished academic and policy expert specializing in international humanitarian law, security, and human rights. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, Bernard focuses on the governance of armed conflicts and the preparation of students for careers in humanitarian professions. Additionally, Bernard holds the position of Senior Advisor on Policy & Outreach at the International Code of Conduct Association, overseeing research and policy related to security and human rights. Previous roles include Executive in Residence at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and Visiting Lecturer at Luiss Guido Carli University.
