Isabella Hughes is a dedicated individual pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics at the University of Florida, set to graduate in 2026. Currently serving as a Merchandising Intern at The TJX Companies, Inc. since May 2025, Isabella has previously held notable positions such as Visual Merchandising Team Lead and Sales Associate at Follett, where creative content strategies enhanced bookstore visibility and improved transaction efficiency. Isabella's experience extends to being Head Cashier at Roche Bros. Supermarkets, training new employees, and coordinating marketing initiatives as Head of Marketing for the UF Student Investment Club. Additional roles include Hostess at West on Centre and participation in the Heavener Leadership Challenge, showcasing a commitment to leadership and customer service.
