Emma Clark

Emma Clark has had a diverse work experience beginning in 2012. Emma began their career as a Sales Associate at Walt Disney World, where they provided sales assistance to guests, managed store inventory, operated the cash register, and assisted in store closing operations. In 2013, they worked as a Photographer at Tammy Swales Studio, and then in 2014, they became a Front Desk Receptionist at Rock Paper Scissors Salon. In 2016, they joined Ceterus as a Senior Customer Success Representative and Onboarding Success Rep. In their role as Senior Customer Success Representative, they worked directly with small business entrepreneurs to answer product or services questions, provide technical support, and relay pertinent account information and feedback. As an Onboarding Success Rep, they integrated new customers into the system and set up all financial/business related platforms. In 2020, Emma began working at Follow Up Boss as a Product Support Expert and Senior Product Support Expert. Finally, Emma has also been running their own business, Emma Clark Photography, since 2012, providing professional photography services for occasions including (but not limited to): weddings, engagements, family portraits, newborn portraits, maternity, head-shots, senior portraits, boudoir, commercial, print, etc.

Emma Clark attended Monroe Community College from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Visual Communication Technology- Photography-Television with a focus in Photography.
