Steve Neri has worked in the customer service industry since 2005. Steve began their career at Morehouse HVAC as a Supervisor, Technician and In-field Customer Service. In 2011, they joined M. Waters Tanks & Boilers, LLC as a Manager, where they provided oil tank removal and soil remediation services to NJ customers. In 2020, they joined Follow Up Boss as a Customer Success Team Manager and Customer Success Manager.

Steve Neri obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 2010. In June 2022, they obtained a certification as Head of Customer Success from Startdeliver.
