Santiago Restrepo began their work experience as a Front Desk Specialist at FirstService Residential in August 2013 and held the position until August 2018. In January 2019, they worked as a Data Management Intern at UF Information Technology (UFIT) until April 2019. Santiago then joined Citrix in July 2019 as a Technical Analyst until February 2020, and from March 2020 to April 2022, they worked as a Customer Success Engineer at the same company. Currently, Santiago is working as a Customer Success Engineer at Apollo GraphQL, starting in April 2022.
Santiago Restrepo completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Engineering from Miami Dade College from 2010 to 2013. Santiago then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Florida from 2016 to 2019.
In addition to their formal education, Santiago also obtained several certifications. In July 2019, they became a Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP). Following that, they achieved the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud (CC-VAD-CC) certification in October 2019. In November 2019, they obtained the Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCE - V) certification. In December 2019, Santiago earned three certifications: Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCE - V), Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N), and Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE - V) from Citrix. Furthermore, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in January 2020 and obtained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification in February 2020. Finally, in March 2020, Santiago became Citrix Sharefile Certified (CC-SF) from Citrix and achieved all the additional certifications mentioned above.
