Dana Clayton

Dana Clayton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Dana currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at FOLX Health, a position they assumed in February 2022 after serving as the Interim COO. Prior to their role at FOLX Health, Dana was the Vice President of Operations at the same company from June to October 2021.

Before their time at FOLX Health, Dana worked at Optum starting in 2013. At Optum, they held various positions, including Senior Director of Client Operations from January 2016 to June 2021, Director of Client Operations from December 2014 to January 2016, and Support Analyst of Client Operations from March 2013 to December 2014.

Dana's earlier work experience includes roles at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, where they served as a Healthcare Process Improvement Leader from February 2012 to March 2013, Operations Manager of Diagnostic Imaging from October 2010 to February 2012, Diagnostic Imaging Representative from September 2009 to October 2010, and Clinical Intern of Diagnostic Medical Sonography from August 2008 to September 2009.

Dana Clayton attended Newbury College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In 2009, Dana obtained a certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from ARDMS. In 2011, they further earned a Lean Bronze Certification from Simpler Healthcare.
