Guel Lafer Rabinovitch

Guel Lafer Rabinovitch currently serves as an Associate Consultant at the Cambridge Family Enterprise Group (CFEG) since August 2024, contributing to a global advisory organization focused on supporting enterprising families. Prior experience includes serving as Sócio, CEO, CFO, and Project Manager at FOM since October 2018, and participating in the Financial Management Program at GE from July 2016 to August 2018. Guel's earlier roles include Consultant and Portfolio Manager at Instituto Quintessa, providing oversight on projects in renewable energy and urbanism, and impact investing at MOV Investimentos, where support was given for feasibility studies and portfolio management. Guel commenced a career in equity research as an intern at Banco Votorantim. Guel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and has studied Social Science at USP and participated in a program at Copenhagen Business School.
