Javier Franco

Javier Franco has an extensive career in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Director General at Sistemas de Desarrollo Continuo since September 1987, Javier also holds the position of Consultor at FEMSA since January 1992. Prior to these roles, Javier was the Director de Recursos Humanos at Metalsa from November 1973 to September 1987 and worked as Ejecutivo de Planeación de Recursos Humanos at CYDSA from April 1969 to November 1973. Javier Franco earned a Maestria en Desarrollo Organizacional from Universidad de Monterrey between 1979 and 1981 and completed undergraduate studies at the same institution from 1970 to 1974.
