Melissa Valenzuela is an experienced food service professional with a strong background in quality systems and food safety management. Currently serving as Quality Systems Manager at McCormick FONA since March 2018, Melissa has held multiple roles within the company, including Food Safety Lead and Food Safety System Specialist. Previous experience includes positions as Assistant Food Service Director at Aramark, Regulatory Affairs Associate at Glanbia, and Lead Cook at ARAMARK K-12. Melissa started their culinary career as a Garde Manger at Napolitanos and has worked in various culinary and food service roles since 2008, including internships and work-study positions while earning an Associates and Bachelor’s degree in Culinary/Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.
