Christopher Hammitt

Christopher Hammitt is an experienced finance professional with a background in accounting and assurance. Since June 2016, Christopher has served in multiple roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Interim Comptroller, and Enterprise Accounting Financial Director at the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Assurance Associate and Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP, specializing in auditing tribal casinos and employee benefit plans. Christopher holds a Master's of Accountancy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, where accounting was the focus of education. Additional experience includes internships and volunteer work that contributed to skills in cost analysis, operational efficiency, and customer service.
