Erna Sosevic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and legal consulting. Currently serving as Chairwoman of the Board at Fondacija 787 and an Advisory Board Member for Women Entrepreneurship at UN Women, Erna has a strong commitment to advancing women's roles in business. As the founder and CEO of Bizbook.ba, the first digital service for the private sector in the region, Erna has demonstrated innovative leadership since 2017. Additionally, Erna is the Chapter Lead for the SoGal Foundation in Sarajevo, focusing on closing the diversity gap in entrepreneurship. Previous roles include co-founder and legal consultant at Mondi - Consulting d.o.o. Sarajevo, and various positions in legal assistance and client advisory across different organizations. Erna holds a Jurist degree from the Faculty of Law of the University in Sarajevo and has participated in multiple entrepreneurial programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

F787 supports women and young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina to start and grow their businesses whether they are MSMEs or tech startups. Our mission is to empower women and youth to create and exploit primarily economic opportunities with the goal of improving the overall quality of their lives and increasing their influence in society. We do programs of incubation, pre-acceleration, acceleration, business resilience and investment readiness. We also support entrepreneurs through number of individual services, events, campaigns etc. F787 is also committed to development of startup ecosystem in B&H. We are proud member of Advisory Board for Women’s Entrepreneurship Development of UN Women, and initiation of the business angel network BHBAN.
