Josianne Marchand-Duchesneau

Josianne Marchand-Duchesneau has a diverse work experience history. Josianne started their career at the Centre d'entrepreneuriat féminin du Québec as a Conseillère de première ligne en entrepreneuriat. Following that, they worked as an Agente Service aux actionnaires at Fondaction CSN and then as an Agente de développement at Mon projet d'affaires.

In 2010, Josianne joined Fondaction where they held various positions, including Analyste en communication and Conseillère en commercialisation. Josianne played a vital role in the redesign of the company's website and brand image, managing the website, and coordinating the production of communication and promotional tools. Josianne also contributed to the marketing activities and the implementation of marketing strategies for Fondaction.

Josianne later took part in the DÉfi 100 jours program at L'effet A. This program focused on their professional development, enhancing their self-confidence, strategic risk-taking abilities, and influence skills.
