Laurent Colson

Laurent Colson is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Directeur des ressources humaines at FONDASOL since September 2018, Laurent oversees the global HR function and drives organizational change within the group. As President and Founder of Laurent Colson Conseil since January 2016, Laurent specializes in social audits, organizational consulting, and executive coaching. Previous roles include Deputy Director of Human Resources at INA - Institut national de l'audiovisuel, Human Resources Manager and Director at AREVA, and Director of Human Resources at Régie des Transports de Marseille. Laurent's career began with recruitment at EGOR and includes significant tenure at TechnicAtome, demonstrating a robust commitment to HR development and management.
