Fondation Botnar
Kiara Jade Marvuglio currently serves as the Engagement and Communications Lead at Fondation Botnar, focusing on communications and external engagement to enhance the health and wellbeing of young people in urban areas globally since July 2018. Before this role, Marvuglio worked at the Novartis Foundation from 2012 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing external relations and social media as the Engagement & Communications Manager and supporting the social enterprise Tanzanian Training Centre for International Health as a Health Project Manager. Other experiences include roles in communications and capacity development at CARE International and the Guild of Students, as well as an internship in human resources at Syngenta Crop Protection. Marvuglio holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Strategic Philanthropy from the University of Geneva, a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in African Studies and History of Art from the University of Birmingham.
