Angela Ly Ho Liu

Angela LY Ho Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, public engagement, and data management. Since December 2013, Angela has served as the Communications and Engagement Lead at the Care Quality Commission, overseeing the governance of key programs and ensuring effective outputs within a high-performance culture. In previous roles, Angela has managed public engagement initiatives, supported procurement processes, and delivered accessible communications, contributing significantly to the organization's objectives. Additionally, Angela has volunteered as an editor and proofreader for the True Jesus Church's Literary Ministry Department since 1997 and has held various administrative positions in healthcare and public services. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Linguistics from The University of Edinburgh.
