Manuela Maechler

Manuela Maechler serves as the Grant Operations Manager and Secretary of the Philanthropy Committee at Fondation Botnar since January 2021. Additionally, Manuela has worked as a consultant for NGOs and Foundations since September 2018. Previously, Manuela held the position of Lead Project Coordinator at Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Zürich from September 2019 to December 2022 and served as Executive Assistant at UNICEF Switzerland from October 2016 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as an Individual Customer Consultant and Commercial Clerk at Schwyzer Kantonalbank. Manuela's educational background includes a CAS in Development and Cooperation from ETH NADEL, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Specialization in International Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, and an Exchange Year at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Manuela also completed a Commercial Apprenticeship with a Professional Baccalaureate at Kaufmännische Berufsschule Lachen.
