Marion Michaud-Guilain

Marion Michaud-Guilain is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in payroll management, personnel administration, recruitment, and training. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Fondation Cognacq-Jay since May 2021, Marion previously held roles at Médecins Sans Frontières, where extensive responsibilities included HR administration, payroll management, and policy development. Marion's earlier experience includes a position at INDIGO Parc Canada Inc., overseeing HR functions for 200 employees, as well as roles in hospitality and temporary staffing. Marion holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
