Francoise GUICHARD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, ethics, compliance, and sustainability. Since January 2016, Francoise has served as Directrice du développement at Fondation Agir Contre l'Exclusion, where responsibilities include defining and implementing the foundation's development strategy across France and Europe, as well as fostering partnerships in 15 European countries to combat exclusion. Prior to this role, Francoise held two prominent positions at ENGIE from February 2005 to December 2015, first as Directrice Ethique et Compliance du Groupe, overseeing the implementation of group policies and coordinating a global network of compliance officers, and then as Directrice du développement durable, where Francoise defined environmental and social policies, supported major projects, and established the "rassembleurs d'énergies" investment fund to promote access to sustainable energy.
