Héloïse Pandelon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social inclusion, gender justice, and ecological transitions. Currently serving as Cheffe de projets at FACE, la Fondation pour l'inclusion, Héloïse leads national initiatives aimed at combating social and energy insecurities across France. Prior to this role, Héloïse coordinated international cooperation and empowerment projects for Quartiers du Monde, focusing on socio-political and economic empowerment of young people and women in disadvantaged communities. Additional expertise includes positions at the Ofpra, IRSEM, and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, as well as a commitment to gender equality through initiatives at UNESCO. Héloïse holds multiple degrees in law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and has been involved in various legal and advocacy roles since 2014.
