Human Resources Lead at Fondazione Bruno Kessler - FBK

Luisa Rigoni has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Luisa started their career at Dana Corporation in 2002, where they worked in recruitment and training until 2007. Luisa then joined Mahle as a recruiter and trainer in 2007 before moving to Fondazione Bruno Kessler - FBK in 2008. At FBK, they served as the Human Resources Lead, reporting to the HR Director and overseeing various responsibilities such as recruiting, coaching and leadership programs, training, career and organizational development, and work-life balance initiatives. Currently, Luisa is working at FiemmePER Fondazione ETS as the Responsabile Fiemme Academy, starting in 2023.

Luisa Rigoni's education history includes a Master's Degree in Political Science from the Università degli Studi di Padova, completed between 1996 and 2001. Luisa also obtained a degree in Psychology from the same university between 2011 and 2013. In 2018-2019, they attended Asterys Lab where they earned the Accredited Professional Coaching Mastery (APCM) degree in coaching. Luisa further pursued executive education at the Trentino School of Management, completing an Executive Master program in sustainable business creation in an organizational innovation context. Additional certifications include Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, EQ Assessor from Six Seconds, and Hogan Certified from Hogan Assessment Systems. Luisa also received certifications in Adaptive Leadership Course, Agile Team Facilitation, and The Predictive Index. Luisa became a member of the International Coaching Federation in 2021.
