Cristina Toscano is a seasoned Program Officer at Fondazione Cariplo since September 2008, specializing in development cooperation, social innovation, and capacity building, while also managing the Fondazioni4africa Initiative in Northern Uganda. Responsibilities include relationship management, project framework definition, supervision of project activities, financial reporting, and conducting periodic site missions. Concurrently, Cristina serves as a docente at ISPI School since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles at ITCILO as an Instructional Designer, and COSV as a Country Representative in Zimbabwe and Desk Officer for projects across Southern Africa, where strategic planning and project cycle management were key focuses. Cristina holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale and a Master in Digital Transformation from Talent Garden.
