Marika Amantia

Marika Amantia currently serves as the HR & Organization Manager at Fondazione Cariplo, a philanthropic organization focused on promoting the common good and supporting individual potential since February 2022. Previously, Marika held the position of HR Generalist at Adare Pharma Solutions from April 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, training, development, and performance management. Additionally, Marika worked as a Specialist in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Internal Communications at Aptalis Pharma from November 2011 to April 2015, supporting recruitment processes and internal communication strategies. Earlier roles included HR Generalist at Saint-Gobain PPC Italia and HR Trainee at Informagiovani, Catania. Marika holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD Business School, as well as a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Modern Philology and Modern Literatures, respectively, from Università di Catania.
