Liv Baker

Liv Baker is an accomplished HR Manager within the CTO Organization at KION Group, a position held since June 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Russell Reynolds Associates and an intern focused on Talent Attraction & Retention at KION Group. Liv's educational background comprises a Master's degree in European and Nordic Studies from the University of Helsinki and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Italian Studies from Claremont McKenna College. Additional experience includes roles as an Italian Tutor at Scripps College, various leadership and mentorship positions at Claremont McKenna College, and internships at the U.S. Embassy in Finland, where logistical coordination and community engagement were key responsibilities. Liv also contributed as an English Teacher with The English Camp Company, demonstrating a strong commitment to language education.
