Paola Gabaldi

Paola Gabaldi has extensive experience in research administration and project management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Direttore Operativo Area Ricerca at Fondazione Don Gnocchi since January 2022, Paola was previously responsible for administrative operations at Azienda USL di Reggio Emilia, IRCCS, and coordinated activities at IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori Foundation from 2015 to 2020. Additional roles include Senior Project Manager overseeing a project for the Ministry of Health, Vice Segretario Generale at FAST, and various leadership positions focused on project development and international collaboration in education and public health. Paola holds a degree in Modern Languages and Literature from Università degli studi di Genova.
