Ivana Bello

Ivana Bello is currently serving as a Divulgatrice scientifica at Fondazione Umberto Veronesi since March 2022, focusing on educational projects such as "Io Vivo Sano" and "La ricerca si racconta." Ivana Bello is also a PhD student in Nutraceuticals, functional foods, and human health at the Department of Pharmacy, University of Naples Federico II, with a research topic on natural H2S-releasing compounds for adjuvant therapy in breast cancer treatment. Additional experience includes roles as a Biology Tutor at IRSD Institut de Recherche en Santé Digestive, a Visiting PhD student, and an Editor for Microbiologia Italia. Past fellowships include a post-graduate fellow position at SVAS Biosana S.p.A. and internships focused on pharmaceutical biotechnologies and biochemistry.
