Crystal Granacher

Crystal Granacher has an extensive work experience history. Crystal began their career as a Server at TAP Shack in 2018 and subsequently worked as a Server at Tap and Barrel Olympic Village. In the same year, they also held roles as a Bartender and Shift Manager at Dublin Calling.

In 2017, Crystal joined JOEY Restaurant Group, where they served as a Server, Bartender, and Guest Services Leader. Crystal was later promoted to Assistant Bar Manager, where they managed inventory, placed orders, planned shifts, and facilitated staff development.

Crystal then worked as a Flight Attendant at WestJet in 2016, responsible for greeting and assisting passengers, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the cleanliness of the cabin.

Prior to that, Crystal was a Bartender at Nordstrom from 2015 to 2016, where they crafted cocktails, provided exceptional customer service, and maintained a clean workspace.

Since joining Bench Accounting in 2018, Crystal has held various roles in the Customer Success department. Crystal started as a Customer Success Specialist, providing top-notch customer service and building customer relationships. Crystal then progressed to the position of Senior Customer Success Specialist, where they trained new team members, mentored colleagues, and executed additional responsibilities. Most recently, they have served as the Principal Customer Success Specialist, overseeing the implementation of new processes, training the Customer Success Team, and conducting audits to identify areas for improvement. In 2023, Crystal transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Support Manager at Fondo, where they continue to excel in their role.

Crystal Granacher earned a Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from Olds College, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued further education at Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2007 to 2012, graduating with a Bachelor of Design, specializing in Fashion/Apparel Design. Crystal also holds a certification in St. John Ambulance First Aid - Level C CPR/AED.
