Luca Scuderi

Luca Scuderi has extensive experience in the real estate sector and commercial management. Since June 2000, Luca has served as the owner and administrator of Fondocasa Pordenone, providing technical, bureaucratic, legal, and contractual assistance in real estate transactions. Prior to this position, Luca held roles such as area manager and franchising manager, focusing on the development of a real estate network and overseeing the selection and training of personnel. From January 1985 to April 2000, Luca worked as a commercial director in the large-scale retail sector, managing non-food hypermarkets and emphasizing merchandise flow, personnel management, and financial control. Luca holds a diploma in Agrotecnico from Istituto Agrario.
