Arnoud Breitbarth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public relations, musical theatre writing, and communications management. Since April 2015, Arnoud has served as a Freelance Public Relations Consultant, assisting various clients, including governments and corporations, in storytelling and reputation management. Concurrently, Arnoud is a composer, lyricist, and bookwriter, actively working on multiple musical theatre projects. As an advisor for Fonds Podiumkunsten since January 2021, Arnoud focuses on the Dutch Performing Arts Council and international collaborations. Prior roles include Communications Manager at Napiershall Formula, providing strategic advice to foreign royal families, and a long tenure at De Telegraaf as a correspondent covering the UK and Ireland, enriching the understanding of British and Irish societies. Academically, Arnoud holds a Master’s Degree in Writing Musicals from Mountview Academy and a Master's Degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Amsterdam.

Fonds Podiumkunsten
Het Fonds geeft namens de Rijksoverheid ondersteuning aan alle vormen van professionele podiumkunsten en streeft naar een podiumsector die zoveel mogelijk verschillende mensen aanspreekt, raakt én midden in de samenleving staat. Naast de meerjarige subsidies, biedt het Fonds Podiumkunsten diverse programmering- en productiesubsidies en individuele subsidies. Bijzondere aandacht gaat uit naar internationalisering en pluriformiteit bij gezelschappen, podia en publiek. Het Fonds besteedt ook extra aandacht aan culturele diversiteit in de breedst mogelijke zin. Het stimuleren van innovatie in de keten van scheppen, productie en afname is een speciale taak van het Fonds.
