Nathalie Leclair

Nathalie LeClair currently serves as the Directrice principale de l’innovation et de l’expérience client at Fonds de solidarité FTQ since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nathalie LeClair worked in various strategic consulting positions, including Consultante services conseils stratégiques at Services conseil - Expérience client/personnes from July 2011 to September 2023, and as a stratège et chef de projets at Desjardins from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in the career, Nathalie LeClair was a senior strategist at Cossette from 2004 to 2011, a senior consultant in organizational strategy and change at IBM from 2002 to 2004, following the acquisition of PwC Conseil, where Nathalie LeClair served as directeur in strategic change from 1991 to 2002. Nathalie LeClair holds a M.Sc. from HEC Montréal, a B.A. in Psychology from McGill University, and a DEC in Sciences humaines from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf.
