Indira Coenen is a Doctoral Researcher at Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek - Vlaanderen (FWO) since November 2022, focusing on the COMINANDO project aimed at enhancing the rational use of antibiotics in nursing homes. Prior to this, Indira worked as a Wetenschappelijk medewerker at Universiteit Antwerpen and KU Leuven, engaging in nursing, midwifery, and pharmaceutical sciences. Additional experience includes roles as an Apotheker at Apotheek Humblet and APOTHEEK WOLFSDONK, as well as a co-assistant in laboratory medicine at UZ Leuven. Indira's educational background includes a Master in Farmaceutische Zorg and two Bachelor's degrees in Farmaceutische wetenschappen and Biomedische wetenschappen, all obtained from KU Leuven.
