Maarten Goedseels is a Doctoral Researcher at Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek - Vlaanderen (FWO) since January 2019, conducting PhD research at KU Leuven in the Laboratory of Food Microbiology, focusing on the mode of action of plant antimicrobials against Listeria monocytogenes. Prior to this role, Maarten Goedseels was a PhD student at KU Leuven from August 2017 to January 2019.
