Minna Mäkitalo

Minna Mäkitalo has work experience in the field of customer service technical support and technical support specialist. From 2015 to the present, they have worked as a Customer Service Technical Support at Fonecta Oy. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they served as a Technical Support Specialist at Digimediatoimisto Vilperi Oy.

Minna Mäkitalo began their education in 1992 at Satakunnan maa- ja metsäinstituutti, where they studied to become a puutarhuri (gardener) until 1995. Minna then attended Varsinais-suomen maaseutuoppilaitos from 1997 to 2000, focusing on becoming a floristi (florist). In 2003, Minna attended Turun Kristillinen opisto for a year, studying audiovisuaalisen viestinnän ammattitutkinto (audiovisual communication professional qualification). Finally, from 2004 to 2008, Minna completed their education at Turku University of Applied Sciences, graduating with a Tradenomi (Bachelor's degree) in Multimedia production.
