Shreya Dwa

Shreya Dwa is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Officer at Fonepay since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shreya held various positions at BATAS Organization from July 2021 to August 2023, including Human Resources Officer, Junior Officer - Human Resource, and Human Resources Trainee. Shreya's career began at Maxwell Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as an Accountant from December 2019 to May 2021 and included an internship at Agriculture Development Bank in summer 2018. Shreya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Kathmandu University School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Janapriya Multiple Campus, Tribhuvan University. Educational qualifications also include higher secondary education in management and a School Leaving Certificate from Gandaki Boarding School.
