Isabelle Riege

Isabelle Riege is an experienced professional in Human Resources, with a robust background in leadership roles at various organizations. Most recently, Isabelle served as the Chief People & Culture Officer at SIG Group from January 2023 to February 2024, leading global functions and interim initiatives. Prior to that, Isabelle held the position of DVP HR AS EMEA at dormakaba and has also contributed to The Adecco Group as Director of HR Business Partners for Global Corporate Functions. At Barry Callebaut Group, Isabelle worked as Global HR Business Partner and HR Director for the EEMEA region, in addition to serving as Global Manager of Mobility. Isabelle's career began at Volkswagen de México as a Global Mobility Manager. Educational credentials include a Women's Leadership Program from the Yale School of Management and a postgrade in Human Resources Management from IBERO Puebla.
