Brian Carpenter

Brian Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brian started their career as a Machine Operator at The Hershey Company in 1998 and worked there until 2003. Brian then moved on to work as a Complex Assistant Director of Security at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin from 2004 to 2009. Following that, Brian became a Risk Manager at W South Beach Hotel from 2009 to 2011. Brian then joined Westin Beach Resort and Spa as a Complex Assistant Director of Security from 2011 to 2014. Brian later served as the Director of Security at B Hotels & Resorts from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Safety and Security at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where they started their journey as a Security Investigations Manager in 2015 and gradually advanced to become Director of Security and Assistant Director of Security, Investigations, before assuming their current role.

Brian Carpenter received their Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Lodging Security Director (CLSD) from the American Hotel and Lodging Education in May 2013.
