Erika Castellano

Erika Castellano is currently working as a Quality & Training Manager in the Front Office at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Prior to this, Erika held positions at 1 Hotels as an Assistant Training Manager in Rooms and Rooms Controller, and at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Front Office Agent, PBX Operator, and Hostess. Erika also volunteered at the SOBE Wine & Food Festival and worked as a Private Tutor at School Spot Doral. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Miami Dade College.
