Kathleen Barnes

Kathleen Barnes has extensive experience in advancement and development within higher education institutions. Currently serving as Interim VP for Advancement and previously as Associate VP for Advancement at Fontbonne University since December 2019, Kathleen has held various roles, including Development Officer at Webster University and Development Director at Trailnet. Additionally, Kathleen provided in-home care as a Family Care Provider for grandsons in 2016 and held positions at Fontbonne University earlier in their career, including Assistant VP for Institutional Advancement. Kathleen's career also includes significant experience at Saint Louis University, where Kathleen was the Director of Stewardship. Kathleen holds a BS in Communications from Saint Louis University and has additional education from the University of Northern Iowa.
