Anant Dave

Anant Dave, PhD, serves as the Regional Technical Manager for Middle East and Africa at Fonterra since July 2021, focusing on the commercialization of NZMP ingredients and leading technical teams. Prior to Fonterra, Anant held the position of Research Officer-Project Manager at Riddet Institute, successfully optimizing processes for iron-rich ingredient manufacturing for Nestle S.A. Experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Massey University, where research focused on the structural properties of coconut oil bodies, and an Application Specialist role at DuPont Nutrition & Health, leading product development projects across South Asia. Anant's career also encompasses research positions with Teagasc and Hindustan Unilever Ltd, along with foundational roles at Nestle India Ltd and various dairy organizations. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Food Science and Technology from Massey University, an MSc from the University of Mysore, and a B.Tech in Dairy Technology from Gujarat Agricultural University.
