Bhavesh Morar

Bhavesh Morar currently holds the position of Commercial Director and COO for New Zealand Operations at Fonterra since October 2023, alongside serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance & Audit Committee at the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research. Additional roles include being a member of the Finance Committee at Wesley College, Perth, and previously a Board Member and Chair of Audit, Risk & Finance Committee at MSWA from February 2021 to October 2023. Bhavesh also has extensive experience in financial leadership, having served as Regional Chief Financial Officer for Australasia at Intertek and Chief Financial Officer at Little Green Pharma. Prior roles at BHP included Head of Special Projects, Head of Functions Strategic Alignment, and Vice President Assurance in various capacities. Bhavesh’s career began at Deloitte Australia, where a progression from start-up to Partner included leading the National Mining Practice. Educational credentials include a Graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.
