Brett Carter

Brett Carter is an accomplished engineering and project management professional with over three decades of experience in various industries including dairy, poultry, food processing, and logistics. Currently serving as the National Senior Project Manager at Fonterra since July 2017, Brett has been instrumental in managing significant capital projects within a $1 billion global plan. Previous roles include Regional Reliability Manager at Inghams Enterprises, where Brett oversaw reliability initiatives for Australia's leading poultry producer, and Regional Project Engineer at JBS Swift Australia, managing capital projects for the company's operations in Australia and New Zealand. Brett's extensive project management experience spans leadership positions at Asciano, Mondelēz International, and McCain Foods, among others, where Brett was responsible for large-scale capital management, maintenance, and strategic development. Brett holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and has founded and directed Central West Engineering Services, which grew significantly under Brett's leadership.
