Bryce Kendrick

Bryce Kendrick is a Health and Safety Specialist at Fonterra, with extensive experience in various roles related to health and safety within the organization since November 2010. Current responsibilities include a seconded role within Global Sustainability NZ Farming Operations, focusing on enhancing understanding of the company's risk portfolio, along with working alongside a new team to expand professional networks. Previous positions at Fonterra include Health and Safety Advisor roles across Distribution Centres and the Natural Resources Group, leading emergency response teams, and providing site health and safety support. Prior to Fonterra, Bryce worked as the Factory Foreman at 30 Seconds Cleaners, where responsibilities included improving health and safety procedures, coaching leaders on hazard management, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Bryce holds a Diploma in Dairy Technology from Massey University and is currently pursuing a degree in Health and Safety Management at the Southern Institute of Technology.
