Nicole Melanson

Nicole Melanson is an accomplished health and safety professional with extensive experience at WorkSafeNB/Travail sécuritaire NB since 2009, where roles have included Health and Safety Consultant, Lead of Health and Safety Services, Safety Leadership Consultant/Analyst, and OHS Program Analyst. Key responsibilities encompass developing and implementing safety programs, providing tailored consultation services, and representing WorkSafeNB on national technical committees related to equity, diversity, inclusion, and psychological health in the workplace. Additionally, Nicole co-founded and directed Moncton Language Assessment and Referral Services from 2010 to 2017 and served as Executive Director for the Fédération des jeunes francophones du Nouveau-Brunswick from 2007 to 2009. Nicole holds multiple relevant degrees and certifications, including an Advanced Certificate in Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
