Craig Hickey

Craig Hickey is an experienced Solutions Architect and Business Process Lead with a strong background in SAP implementations across various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and wholesale. Currently at Fonterra since July 2017, Craig has previously held significant roles at Foodstuffs North Island Limited, UXC Oxygen, Tango Group, and CIBER, where responsibilities included leading pricing and promotions solutions and managing business applications. Craig's expertise encompasses team leadership, project management, and solution architecture, with a track record of successful implementations for notable clients such as Foodstuffs Auckland and Tyco Electronics Ltd. Craig holds a Bachelor of Computing & Mathematical Science from The University of Waikato.
