Helen Liu is a Strategic Projects Associate at Fonterra since November 2021, having previously served as a FGTP Graduate and completed multiple internships focused on research and development within the company. Notable projects include a consumer experience initiative with the Consumer and Sensory Science team and the development of a novel application method for a cream cheese project. Prior to Fonterra, Helen worked as Front of House Staff at Wabi Sabi. Helen holds a Master's degree in Dairy Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Food Technology (Hons), both from Massey University.
