Kimberly Serra

Kimberly Serra is a Senior Process Technologist at innocent drinks since November 2023, focused on enhancing operational efficiency and process reliability at the intersection of Process Engineering, Automation, and Quality Assurance. Previously, Kimberly served as a Senior Process Engineer at Lely, where projects were centered on the continuous improvement of the Lely Orbiter on-farm dairy processing unit. Kimberly's extensive experience at Danone, spanning from November 2011 to December 2022, includes roles as an Aseptic Documentation Officer, Process Engineer, Project Engineer Technology Transfer, and Product Technologist, with responsibilities ranging from implementing maintenance documentation strategies to managing technology transfers and developing new medical nutrition products. Kimberly began the career with internships at H.J. Heinz Company and Danone, focusing on product development and stability testing. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemische Technologie from De Haagse Hogeschool.
