Jerry Castellanos

Jerry Castellanos is an experienced professional in digital innovation and solution architecture with a tenure at Fonterra spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Farm Source Head of Digital Innovation, Jerry oversees the transformation of global product traceability systems and the implementation of state-of-the-art management practices. Previously, as Lead Solution Architect for the Value Stream Optimisation initiative, Jerry focused on enhancing capabilities to reduce waste across the value chain. Jerry's foundation in information systems was established with a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, complemented by an Executive M.B.A. from Auckland University.
