Mitchell Crosswell

Mitchell Crosswell is currently the General Manager Māori for Fonterra, where they lead the strategic reset of the Māori strategy, Haea te Ata. Previously, they served as the Farmer Services Manager and Māori Business Manager for the lower North Island at Fonterra. Before transitioning into the business sector, Mitchell was a professional rugby player, playing for teams including the Chiefs Rugby Club and the Māori All Blacks. Additionally, they have contributed to the community through volunteer work with the Tukapa Rugby and Sports Club. Mitchell is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Massey University, building on their previous educational experience at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
