Phillip Guest

Phillip Guest is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in performance reporting and accounting. Currently serving as the Group Performance Reporting Manager at Fonterra since February 2015, Phillip has held multiple leadership roles including Accounting Services Manager - Technical & Compliance and Business Lead for a central finance project. Prior to Fonterra, Phillip worked as an Accounting Lead - Consolidation & Reporting at Tullow Oil and as a Group Financial Accountant at AES. Phillip began a career at Deloitte, progressing from Assistant Manager to Field Manager, and started as an Assistant Accountant at Concord Technologies Ltd. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and Finance from The University of Waikato, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
