Riki Clark

Riki Clark is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in business transformation and programme management. Currently serving as Senior PMO Manager for the CSoR Programme at Fonterra since September 2016, Riki plays a key role in standardising business processes and implementing SAP’s S/4 HANA ERP solution. Prior experience includes roles at Devondale Murray Goulburn and various positions at Fonterra, where significant contributions were made to large-scale programmes such as the Unity Programme and the Catalyst Programme, both focused on integrating and streamlining business operations across multiple regions. Riki's career began at IBM as a consultant, managing strategic outsourcing projects, and has consistently leveraged best practices in portfolio and project management throughout multiple international assignments.
