Susan Pinny

Susan Pinny is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for Global Engineering and Technical Operations Optimisation at Fonterra since December 2019. In this role, Susan manages complex portfolios across multiple manufacturing sites, impacting approximately 2500 employees. Additionally, Susan serves as a Board Trustee for the Dairy Industry Superannuation Scheme and has held various roles at Fonterra, including HR Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor.
